One kid is a soccer player once again, while the other is a football player. ⚽️🏈

Practices and games are scheduled on the SAME days, at different locations, nowhere near each other. Unfortunately, I have not yet figured out how to physically split myself into two, so please feel free to sign up below for pick-up, drop-off, and/or snack duty. 😂

I had to get tough with my mom’s medical providers today. The ball keeps getting dropped, and no one takes responsibility or holds anyone accountable. I’ve worked in healthcare for 19 years, and I can honestly say I never would have gotten away with the level of poor communication and lack of follow-through I’ve experienced lately. Patients and their families deserve better.

The best part of today is that it’s new 🙂

God’s grace gives me the opportunity to hit the reset button no matter how messy yesterday may have been.

Some days feel heavier than others, and yesterday was one of those days. But today I woke up with a clear mind and another chance to move forward.

Summer's here and I've decided our snacking needs an intervention. We're keeping the goodies, but now we measure them out.
