what a journey this one has been— the sweetest peeps referred to me by 🤝 who have wanted to fulfill their dream of living at the beach for years— from condos in kitty hawk, to sunset views on bay drive, we searched all over for the perfect home.

honestly the first time we walked into 122 twisted tree, I just knew this was gonna be the one! We toured so many houses and explored so many great neighborhoods here on the outer banks, it was hard to choose, but when we found the right house— it all came together.

excited for our new friends here and once again I’m so so grateful to be part of this huge milestone for a family that I’ve gotten to know and support over these last few months

Hey everyone! It’s time for a proper introduction since there’s lots of new faces around here 👋🏻

A little about me:
I’m Jessica and I was born and raised in Camden, NC, as the first in my fam to be born in the U.S.
My family immigrated from Vietnam in the ’80s and found opportunity in the commercial fishing industry in Wanchese and Camden. That’s where I learned that hard work and dedication can build you any life you want—wherever you want. It’s also where I got my work ethic! I’ve also lived in Elizabeth City, Currituck, and eventually made my way to the beach and settled in Kill Devil Hills, where I’ve built a life I love 🌞

What I do:
With a strong background in the local service industry, extensive knowledge of our area, and deep ties within the community, I took my passion for the Outer Banks a step further and became a licensed real estate agent in 2024. Now, I get to help people buy & sell homes in this beautiful coastal area I’m so grateful to call home!

When I’m not selling real estate, you’ll find me fishing, taking beach walks, chasing sunsets, seeing live music, and hanging with my amazing boyfriend & pup. You can also find me at Outer Banks Distilling, slinging rum drinks and market knowledge from behind the bar 😉
