from HOUSE HUNTING to HOUSEWARMING PT 2– baileys house!

Second house in this series, and I am still not over the transformation that this house went through! It’s GORGGGG

Bailey reached out on insta in 2024, she was looking for her first ever home that also had a flex space for her family to come stay. Fast forward to spring of 2025 and after many showings, a couple letdowns, and tight timelines, we found this little gem in the one of the best neighborhoods.

Baileys fam is very handy and artsy so they put in some serious blood sweat n tears and remodeled, with a few repairs here and there mixed in. The kitchen, the bathrooms, the floors and more were all given new life!!!

At bailey’s housewarming party I could not believe it was the same house I showed them just a few months ago. It just goes to show that with the right vision, any house can be turned into YOUR home

JUST SOLD in Chicahauk!

what a journey this one has been— the sweetest peeps referred to me by 🤝 who have wanted to fulfill their dream of living at the beach for years— from condos in kitty hawk, to sunset views on bay drive, we searched all over for the perfect home.

honestly the first time we walked into 122 twisted tree, I just knew this was gonna be the one! We toured so many houses and explored so many great neighborhoods here on the outer banks, it was hard to choose, but when we found the right house— it all came together.

excited for our new friends here and once again I’m so so grateful to be part of this huge milestone for a family that I’ve gotten to know and support over these last few months
