StompFest, a signature Homecoming event presented by the Office of Multicultural Student Life, is an event that brings together a strategic art form called “stepping” and our very own UT community.

Historically, stepping performances provided African Americans with a place of belonging and a method of upward social mobility in an era of oppression and prejudice. Today, it remains a significant tradition rooted in unity and dedication.

Alexius Brunson’s feature allows us to live vicariously through the high-energy performances presented by fraternities and sororities in the National Pan-Hellenic Council.
