Help us wish our beautiful Kelsey a very HAPPY 15th BIRTHDAY!! 🎉 Fun Fact: I was scheduled to have Kelsey on my birthday (December 28th), but the hospital had to move the induction by a day to December 29th. She’ll always be my favorite belated birthday gift!

It’s so hard to watch your sweet dog suffer, but it’s beyond hard to let him go. 💔 Today, we said goodbye to our big guy, Hank the Tank. While we’ve all cried many tears over him, we know it was the right thing to do. We’ll miss the funny way he would waddle when he would run after us, the way he sounded like Chewbacca whining out of jealousy when JR would play with the kids and not him, his big paws poking under the door anytime it was closed, how he would sprawl out on the floor like Superman, how he would let Blue cuddle up to him to sleep, and most of all how much he loved each of us. There will never be another quite like Hank. 🐾 Rest In Peace, sweet boy.

11 years ago today, we said, "I do," at a beautiful little chapel in Vegas. 💍 Wow, our lives look so different today! I could have never predicted this lifestyle we would be living together, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. (JR says he looks so different, too, with his beard. He looked at these pics and said, "Why did you marry me? I look like Uncle Fester!") 😂 As you can see, he's always making me laugh. Happy Anniversary to us!

WOW!!! Wait for the goal post moment. 🍊 Best sports experience yet!

We rerouted last minute to stay closer to Knoxville so JR and Kelsey could go to the UT Alabama game. I’m from TN, and we’ve always been big Vols fans. My dad has season tickets and had an extra one for Kelsey. JR’s friend drove in from Richmond and the two of them bought tickets minutes before the game started. And it was totally worth it! They had the experience of a lifetime! 🧡

How does your family do school? Traditional school, homeschool, roadschool, or unschool? Let us know in the comments below! 📚 I've loved seeing everyone's back to school pictures recently. While we don't do "traditional school" living on the road full-time, we do incorporate an online curriculum into our roadschooling, and we do "school" year-round. This week, Kels officially started her high school classes! 👏 (By the way, how precious is her kindergarten throwback pic?!) And for Lane, if we were still in traditional school, he would be starting 4th grade this week. Right now, he's already over halfway done with his 4th grade classes. That's one of the benefits of road/homeschooling. They can go as quickly as they feel comfortable going!
