Getting ready like a woman who knew exactly who she was 👑
A 12th-century queen GRWM inspired by Eleanor of Aquitaine—layers, lore, and main-character energy.

⚜️ Need to correct a piece of it too- I often get these two pieces mixed up – the piece around my head before the veil is a barbette, a wimple would’ve been a more drapey fabric that covers the neck!

26 snapshots actually ended up feeling pretty crunched in – looking back there ended up being so many memories! This doesn’t even count the beautiful things that happened in my personal life and those close to me. For every struggle, there were five things to cancel it out, and I am so grateful for the growth, love, friendships and endurance this year brought! Grateful for YOU. God bless and Happy New Year. I’ll be thinking of you all as I clink my bubbly tonight with my sweet family. 🥂

I worked from the top down in this poor bathroom that is now one of my favorite rooms in the house. I gave it my medieval core/ Tudor revival/ half- timbered touch.

I took a shower in this bathroom last night and when I opened the curtain and saw this view – dream come true. Everything I ever wanted for this bathroom. But we’re not done!

Patching things up with my bathroom, taking it from eyesore to eye-catcher. Giving my medieval-inspired touch while still keeping it tasteful and to the integrity of my rustic cabin! It’s quite the side quest.
Mentioned briefly in this video is my friend 😂 I just had this funny thought of tangential discussions that could stem from this as I spackled away.
