Happy Birthday to our resident Gen Z queen, Rachel! 🎉 From intern to Production Assistant, she’s been leveling up with us since day one.

Rachel’s the kind of teammate who’s ready to help before you even ask, can chat with anyone about anything, and always keeps things fun on set (and in the office). She’s quick, adaptable, and fierce... basically a human multi-tool. Whether she’s behind the camera, jumping into edits, or keeping a shoot running smoothly.

Oh, and no one rocks a better pair of kicks or a cleaner basketball shot 🏀 We’re so lucky to have you, Rachel.

Today we’re celebrating more than just Nicky & Vinny’s birthdays 🥳 — it also marks their 9 year anniversary on the team! This date was their very first official day with us, and it’s been a privilege to watch them grow from Production Interns into true leaders in their craft.

Nicky, our DP and Editor, never fails to impress with his precision and passion for storytelling. From mood boards and framing the perfect shot to color work and final delivery, his creative eye elevates every project.

Vinny, our Producer and Editor, keeps productions running seamlessly with his organization, care, and relentless drive. From budgets and timelines to the countless details in between, he keeps us on track, and we’re still convinced he moonlights as an interior designer.

Loch & Key is stronger, sharper, and better because of the Alfieris. Cheers to 9 amazing years and to many more ahead!

Last night at the Smokies baseball game was a much-needed reminder: sometimes the best work we do is just showing up for each other. Even with fire damage and construction delays, this team has stayed strong—tackling festivals, cruises, conferences, and more shoots than we can count. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it 🦕⚾️
