This form is used by brokers to report your digital asset transactions (crypto, NFTs, etc.) to you AND the IRS. Think sales, swaps, trades, or even paying fees with crypto.

you STILL have to report your crypto activity.
No form does NOT mean no taxes. Sorry bestie.

You’ll likely get a 1099-DA if you:
