We don’t shed our old skin because we want to.
We shed it because staying in it will choke us.

The old me—the procrastination, the fear, the doubt—served its purpose. But it cannot take me where I’m going.

If you’re ready to step into the next version of yourself whether as an entrepreneur, creator, or simply a stronger human. Here are 7 steps to shedding your old skin:

1. Accept That the Old You Served a Purpose
Your old skin wasn’t useless. It protected you. But it no longer fits.

2. Define the “New You” Clearly
Who do you want to become? Write it down: how they think, how they act, how they live.

3. Burn Bridges with Old Patterns
Change your environment. Audit your inputs. Replace weak habits with strong ones.

4. Create a Ritual of Transformation
Do something physical: a haircut, a declutter, a new symbol—mark the rebirth.

5. Commit Through Action, Not Motivation
Discipline builds the new skin. Standards over feelings. Prove it through action.

6. Protect the New Identity
Guard it. Don’t slip back into the old. Surround yourself with people and systems that reinforce the new you.

7. Repeat & Reinforce
Shedding is not one-time. Every level requires a new identity. Every version of you demands a stronger skin.

💡 Remember: A snake doesn’t shed because it feels like it—it sheds because it has to in order to grow.

What a full day! I started the morning at work, then made a quick stop at Macy’s to browse a few things, and ended the evening with delicious BBQ and shabu shabu with friends. 🛍️🔥🍲

It’s days like these that remind me how important it is to balance productivity with enjoyment. Work hard, but don’t forget to create moments that recharge you and make life meaningful. 🙌

These past few days have been tough. Being sick and almost alone in a new country for the last few years, is something I never expected to face this way. Living abroad for two years, I’ve learned how much strength comes from the kindness of people around you.

I’m truly grateful for my colleagues and friends who checked in, cared, and helped me through it all. Their support made all the difference.

This video was recorded during one of my hardest moments. But I want everyone watching to know — I’m better now, recovering, and moving forward stronger than ever.

If you’ve ever felt alone or overwhelmed, remember: even in the hardest times, kindness and care can carry you through.
