A 67-year-old woman came to PT with severe, episodic head and neck pain—unchanged for 5 years. Standard approaches hadn’t worked.

This case explores how 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆, 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 contributed to major improvements in pain, medication use, and self-efficacy.
