State of Missouri Endangered SILVER Advisory

The Livingston County Sheriff's Department has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing adult incident that occurred at 15632 LIV 232, Chillicothe, MO at an unknown time overnight between 12/30/2025 to 12/31/2025.

The endangered SILVER advisory missing adult is:

Mary E. Stuver, a white, female, age 79, hgt 5' 6", 135 lbs, white hair, blue eyes, light complexion, wearing a nightgown. Unique characteristics:

Diagnosed Medical Condition(s): Dementia

Vehicle Information:
White 2012 Toyota Corolla bearing MO, 55AB35 last seen near Shelbina, MO 12/31/2025 09:02 AM

Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Silver Person incident:
Mary Stuver left her residence at an unknown time in the overnight hours between 12/30/2025 and 12/31/2025. Her vehicle was seen near Shelbina in Monroe County 12/31/2025 at 09:02 AM

Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Livingston County Sheriff's Department at (660) 646-2121.
