Zandra guided me through the process of refurbishing an older home to get it ready to put on the market. She is very knowledgeable as to what attracts buyers and where to best invest money to maximize your return. The home I was selling was in a different city than I live so Zandra took control of the property for me. She referred and acted on my behalf with the contractor doing the work which really exceeded my expectations. The house sold quickly, roughly 2 weeks, and Zandra negotiated top dollar for my home.
