FIRST -- That the name which we have assumed to designate such Company, and to be used in its business and dealings, is THE NORTH AMERICAN PHONOGRAPH COMPANY. SECOND -- That the place in this State where the business of such Company is to be conducted is the City of Jersey City in the County of Hudson. THE PRINCIPAL part of the business of said Company within this State is to be transacted in the

said City of Jersey City in the County of Hudson, in 2016 it is in Princeton, Illinois U.S.A. which is to be the principal place of business of said Company, and the place where its principal office is to be located. And the places out of this State where the same is to be conducted are the City of New York in the State of New York, and elsewhere (Princeton, ILLINOIS)throughout the United States and Canada. AND THAT the objects for which the Company is formed are to manufacture, trade in, buy, sell, rent, lease and otherwise acquire, hold and dispose of Phonographs, Phonograph-Graphophones and Instruments of every other kind or description designed, made or used for, intended for the recording and reproducing of sounds and and any or either of them or any part thereof and any and all supplies, appliances, materials and articles now used or required and that may be hereafter used or required in the manufacture, use or operation of said Phonographs, Phonograph-Graphophones and instruments and any and either of them and also for the purpose of renting, leasing, selling or otherwise disposing of to other firms, persons or corporations, the right or rights to manufacture, trade in, buy, sell, rent, lease or otherwise dispose of said Phonographs, Phonograph-Graphophones or Instruments or either of them or any part thereof or of the right to use the same either generally or in any specified State, locality or territory or in any general or limited manner; and also for the purpose of acquiring, receiving, owning and controlling by lease, rental, purchase, invention or otherwise any patent, patents, applications for patents, contracts devices, designs, instruments and formulas or any or either of them, relating to the art or science of recording and reproducing sound and for the purpose of purchasing materials therefor and any other purposes incidental to the business, trading and manufacturing aforesaid. THE PORTION of the business of said Company which is to be carried on out of this state is the manufacture, trading in, buying, selling, renting, leasing and otherwise acquiring and disposing of the Phonographs, Phonograph-Graphophones and Instruments above described, and the supplies, appliances articles and materials, as above specified so far as the business of said Company may require, and the renting, leasing, selling or otherwise disposing of rights as above specified and other business incidental to the business of the Company which must necessarily be transacted outside of this State. THIRD -- That the total amount of the capital stock of said Company is SIX MILLION, SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS; the number of shares into which the same is divided is SIXTY SIX THOUSAND; and the par value of each share is ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. The amount with which the said Company will commence business is FORTY THOUSAND DOLLARS, which is divided into FOUR HUNDRED SHARES of a par value of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS each. FOURTH -- The names and residences of the stockholders and the number of shares held by each are as follows, to wit:

Jesse H. Lippencott, New York City, Eighty (80) Shares. Lombard, New York City, Eighty (80) Shares. Evans, New York City, Eighty (80) Shares. George H. Fitzwilson, New York City, Eighty (80) Shares. John Robinson, New York City, Eighty (80) Shares. FIFTH -- The period at which said Company shall commence is the Fourteenth day of July, A.D. one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight, and the period at which is shall terminate is the First day of May, A.D. Two Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Eight.

4. Have you accurately assessed the current situation? Are impending disasters just about warfare? What’s most obvious to people’s eyes is the emergence of war. Secondly, there’s the epidemic occurring in various countries, fluctuating in severity. Furthermore, the majority of workers in large Chinese cities are unemployed. Don’t be fooled by the official announcement of a 10% unemployment rate; that’s just official talk. In reality, 70% to 80% of people are unemployed. Do you see famine approaching? Isn’t this a disaster? The disasters of war and famine have arrived, followed closely by outbreaks of epidemics with varying degrees of severity. Ultimately, there will be major earthquakes, triggering tsunamis, resulting in countless casualties. Besides major earthquakes, there are extreme weather conditions such as floods, droughts, and heatwaves. Temperatures could rise to sixty degrees Celsius, hot enough to cause death by heat exposure. These are all extreme weather events. Extreme weather conditions have worsened now, and the true end of the world refers to what extreme weather indicates. How did the dinosaurs become extinct in the previous era? They were wiped out by extreme climate events. There were no nuclear wars back then, so the disaster of extreme climate was the greatest. In the future, the disasters caused by extreme climate will be even greater and more severe. Why do those world billionaires want to move to the moon or other planets? They all know that the end of the world on the earth is approaching, and humans won’t be able to survive in the future. So, when　the disasters are getting closer now, the unbelievers have no hope, and they just say, “If the sky falls, we all die; if there’s danger when crossing the river, the short ones are affected first. So what is there to fear?” This is their theory, but can theory solve problems? It’s useless. They say these words just to comfort everyone, but in fact, they have no hope left, and they are just waiting for death.

Do you have life now? Do you possess the truth? No, you don’t. So, look at what time it is now, and how far things have gone with the world—there’s not much time left to perform your duty and pursue the truth. If you can realize this, you will feel a sense of urgency and be able to proactively perform your duty. The various evil spirits among the unbelievers are also saying that time is running out, scientists are saying the same, and so are the wise men among unbelievers, who observe celestial phenomena and who make prophecies. The time for humanity to escape is running out; the great tribulation is about to come. Within the next few years, more and more severe wars, earthquakes, famines, and plagues will erupt, and people will die everywhere. The war has erupted between Russia and Ukraine, and as it escalates, it won’t be just conventional weapons being used anymore, but nuclear weapons are about to be deployed. The outbreak of nuclear warfare is imminent; what are the consequences of nuclear warfare? It’s a massacre of humanity. None of the soldiers on the battlefield will return alive; they will all perish. Therefore, this type of warfare is essentially a genocide, leading to the extinction of humanity. Such disasters are about to arrive. If people cannot see it, are they not blind? Some say, “What’s the use of looking at this? We don’t study international situations; studying this is useless.” What’s the use of knowing this? (Knowing this reveals how far God’s work has progressed, prompting a sense of urgency to pursue truth.) This is well said. It’s based on this situation that people can see how far God’s work has reached, and how far the judgment of the last days has progressed. What does this indicate? It signifies that God’s work is about to conclude, and the door of grace is about to close. What does the closing of the door of grace have to do with us? God’s work is coming to an end, and if you haven’t attained the truth, then you’re finished, and you’ll lose the chance of salvation. Do you think this is significant?

THIRD -- This shall be a privately owned company and shall not be traded upon. The owners shall hold regular meetings and amend bylaws.

FOURTH-- This company shall have it’s own Judiciary and Police force to enable the protection of it’s intellectual property. It may fine or levy any other penalties, including lethal force on any person, cooperation, any branch of State or Federal Government, or House of Judicial proceedings. No Government Exemption of CLASSIFIED, CONFIDENTIAL,TOP SECRET will be recognized if it is an audio recording in any format the ownership always reverts to THE NORTH AMERICAN PHONOGRAPH COMPANY. FIFTH -- The period at which said Company shall commence is the Fourteenth day of July, A.D. one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight, and the period at which is shall terminate is the First day of May, A.D.
