What Small Habit Can You Start Today? It could be related to your health, career, or spiritual life.
Examples include:
- Spend five minutes visualizing your goals every morning.
- Journal one thing you’re grateful for before bed.
- Walk for 10 minutes daily to clear your mind and refresh your spirit.
- Commit to writing 500 words a day for your book.
Pick one small habit and commit to it.
As small as it may seem, it’s the beginning of your transformation.
