Album of the Month December ‘25

A Charlie Brown Christmas - Soundtrack

The A Charlie Brown Christmas soundtrack features Vince Guaraldi’s warm, jazz-piano interpretations of holiday music, blending classics like “O Tannenbaum” with originals such as “Linus and Lucy,” creating a cozy, timeless Christmas atmosphere.

Highlighting a feature vinyl record from different genres in order to expose my AVTF students to different kinds of music and help expand their musical pallet when thinking of audio that can go into their short films and movies they create!

Home Alone trailer recreation!
AVTF II did a great job with this group project! Finished just in time to release for today’s special viewing of Home Alone at the school! This might be my most favorite project in the whole pathway! This group far exceeded expectations! Notice the picture in picture and watch how well they do matching up with the original trailer!

Back To The Future - Soundtrack

The Back to the Future soundtrack mixes Alan Silvestri’s iconic orchestral score with ’80s pop songs, including Huey Lewis and the News’ hits “The Power of Love” and “Back in Time,” creating the energetic, time-traveling vibe the film is known for.

Yesterday - Soundtrack

The Yesterday soundtrack is a collection of classic Beatles songs re-imagined and performed by Himesh Patel for the 2019 film. It features many iconic tracks—like “Yesterday,” “Let It Be,” “Hey Jude,” and “Here Comes the Sun”—all done in a stripped-down, heartfelt style that matches the movie’s storyline about a world where only one man remembers the Beatles’ music.
