A recount petition targets 14 voters Paula Copenhaver claims illegally pulled GOP ballots in Senate District 23 to vote against her Trump-backed campaign. She's asking the Indiana Recount Commission to issue subpoenas for them.

A review of the filing suggests Copenhaver accused several who don’t live in SD23 and didn’t vote in that district.

In Paula Copenhaver's recount petition filed Monday, she aims at 14 voters who 'boasted' about crossing over in the May 5 primary, pulling GOP ballots to thwart her Trump-backed campaign in Indiana Senate Dist 23.

She wants Recount Commission to subpoena them, make them testify under oath, then toss their ballots cast for state Sen. Spencer Deery.
