The Macon County Chronicle is mourning the loss of its long-time reporter and friend, Debbie Gregory.

Debbie has been an important and beloved member of the Macon County Chronicle family for over 20 years.

Please be aware that we will be publishing the paper on Wednesday this week (instead of Tuesday) so that all employees could attend her funeral today.

We wish to extend our deepest condolences to Debbie’s family. We will miss her beyond words. ❤️
