Ragin' Cajuns show up, no matter where the road takes us! ❤️🌶️

This past weekend, fans made the trip to Ruston as Louisiana and Louisiana Tech renewed their longtime football rivalry for the first time in over a decade.

The game came down to a single point, but what stood out most was the Ragin' Cajun community that showed up to support our team.

Thank you to everyone who made the trip and represented Louisiana with pride! ❤️🤟

Homecoming Saturday was a great day to be a Ragin’ Cajun! ❤️🤍

A special thank you to Our Lady of Lourdes Health, our official Homecoming Parade sponsor, for helping us kick off the day with one of Homecoming’s most beloved traditions. We’re also grateful to City Bar Maurice, our official Parade Watch Party sponsor, for helping make the morning even more festive with tasty treats and beverages for guests to enjoy. There was a little something for everyone as the Ragin’ Cajun spirit rolled through town.

And if you spotted a Homecoming koozie in hand throughout the week, you can thank Laborde Earles Injury Lawyers! Their support provided this year’s official Homecoming koozies, which made their way through events all week and into Saturday’s festivities.

From there, the celebration continued at our Alumni Tailgate, where alumni, friends and fans gathered before heading into the stadium to cheer on the Ragin’ Cajuns.

Thank you to KOK Wings & Things for helping us serve up a delicious tailgate before Louisiana capped off the day with a Homecoming win over Arkansas State.
We’re also grateful for our season partners, Nunu's Markets - Scott, Cajun Country Rice, Schilling Distributing Company, Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. and Party Central, whose continued support helps us bring Ragin’ Cajuns together throughout the season.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made Homecoming Saturday one to remember.

We’re proud to celebrate Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry as the official sponsor of the 2026 Homecoming Court. 👑❤️

From the Homecoming Court Reception to the crowning of our 2026 Homecoming King and Queen, Lee Michaels was part of the celebration every step of the way, helping make the experience special for our entire Homecoming Court. The crowns presented to Emily Lamkin of Metairie, La., and Grayson Kervin of Mandeville, La., were a beautiful centerpiece to one of Homecoming week’s most memorable traditions.

Congratulations again to our 2026 Homecoming King and Queen and to every member of this year’s court. We’re grateful to Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry for helping us celebrate these students and continue a tradition that means so much to the Ragin’ Cajun community.

There is something special about coming home, especially when more than 50 years of memories come with you. ❤️🤍 Thanks to the generous support of Liskow, we were able to welcome our Golden Ambassadors back to campus for a special evening at the President’s House.

This year’s Golden Ambassador Society Dinner brought together graduates of 50 years or more to reconnect, share stories from their time at the University and reflect on how much has changed through the years.

University President Dr. Ramesh Kolluru .presidentkolluru joined our Golden Ambassadors for the evening, making the gathering even more meaningful.

We are grateful to Liskow for helping make this tradition possible and for supporting such a special part of Homecoming.
