Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional for extra creaminess)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1 tablespoon butter (for grilling the wraps)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Directions:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the cooked chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and heat through, about 3–4 minutes.
Add Creaminess (Optional):
If using mayonnaise, stir it into the warm chicken mixture. This step adds a creamy texture and enhances flavor.

- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Cooked white rice, for serving
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the beef chunks with the flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the beef is evenly coated.
2. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and sear until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the beef and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.

Directions:

2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups cooked rice
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1/4 cup sriracha mayo (or your favorite sauce)
Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
Chopped green onions (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

1. Press the tofu to remove excess water. Cut into bite-sized cubes.

Ingredients:
4 filet mignon steaks (6 oz each)
8 shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 lobster tail (meat removed and chopped)
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
Season filet mignon with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Set aside to rest.
In the same pan, melt butter and cook shrimp until pink. Remove and set aside.
Add lobster meat to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for brushing

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

Prepare the Herb Butter:

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Preheat the Grill:

Heat grill to medium-high. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Prawns:

½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions:

Prepare the Fries:

Cook the French fries according to package instructions (bake or fry) until crispy and golden brown. Set aside on a plate.
Cook the Seafood:

In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

Instructions:

1 tbsp olive oil (for each)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, smashed

Optional: fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs

1/2 tsp smoked paprika (for shrimp)

For the Mashed Potatoes:

2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

4 tbsp butter

1/2 cup heavy cream or milk

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Sautéed Spinach:

4 cups fresh spinach

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

1 clove garlic, minced

Pinch of salt

For the Sauce:

2 tbsp pan drippings (or butter)

1/4 cup beef broth

1/4 cup heavy cream

Salt, pepper, and a touch of Dijon mustard (optional)

Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

Make the Mashed Potatoes:
Boil potatoes until fork-tender. Drain, mash with butter and cream. Season to taste. Keep warm.

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Mashed Potatoes:
2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

For the Glazed Carrots:
1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1: COOK THE CHICKEN
Prepare Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme.
