In an exclusive LI Worldwide News investigation, official state records and technical logs confirm that the Indiana Office of Administrative Law Proceedings (OALP) and Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) failed to meet federal deadlines under 7 CFR 273.15.

After an official SNAP appeal was filed on June 23, 2026, state systems allowed the case to remain dormant for over 77 days—exceeding the strict 60-day federal resolution mandate. Furthermore, state officials failed to meet a formal media inquiry deadline set for September 1, 2026, offering no comment on the systemic processing backlogs impacting local households.

🚨 BREAKING: Mass Power Outage Hits West Lafayette! 🚨

A sudden, wide-spread power outage knocked out lights, street signals, and power across major portions of West Lafayette starting around 3:10 PM today.

Shoppers and staff at the Pay Less Super Market were evacuated after the store went pitch black inside. An employee is currently stationed outside letting arriving customers know the store is temporarily closed.

According to a Pay Less employee on scene, Duke Energy estimates power and streetlights won't be fully restored until approximately 5:30 PM.

— We are sharing this urgent campaign:

COMMUNITY ALERT & SUPPORT:
We are sharing this urgent campaign to stand with the family of Montrell Robins, who was tragically shot and killed on Lane Avenue in New Orleans East.
Montrell’s mother, Kimberly, and his long-time partner, Ashley, describe him as a positive, loving family man who lived to uplift others and bring his family together. His sudden and tragic passing has left his family heartbroken and facing sudden funeral and burial expenses.
As the sole provider for her household, his mother Kimberly has been unable to work during this devastating time. A memorial fundraiser has been set up through UniteGive to help cover his funeral, clothing, and headstone costs so that Montrell can be laid to rest with the dignity he deserves.
How you can help right now:
1. Support the Campaign: If you are able to help financially, please visit the UniteGive fundraiser directly to make a contribution. The link is in the comments.

2. Share This Post: Even if you cannot donate, sharing this post to your timeline or in local community groups helps expand the reach. Sharing is a powerful way to agree with the story and make sure this family receives the support they desperately need.
3. Keep Them in Your Prayers: Please keep Ms. Kim, Ashley, and the entire Robins family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult season.

Let's come together to help lighten the burden on this grieving mother and family.
Additionally, the family is seeking justice. New Orleans Police are actively searching for 20-year-old Dennis "DJ" Stewart in connection with the shooting. Anyone with information is urged to contact local authorities.
Thank you to Willie D Live for sharing their story and hosting this campaign. Watch the full interview here:
