Two of the grestest Cajun Ingenuity stories ever: Dreux Barra built a machine to toast flour with bits he picked up at Home Depot and created The Rouxster which allows him to make a dehydrated roux along with his dehydrated trinity at C'est Tout Dried Trinity Mix. Philip Mestayer welded some bits and pieces together to create a still and eventually upgraded it to create Distillerie Acadian.
