Reported from @ lagunabeachgov What you should know about Laguna Beach this holiday weekend:
▶️ Laguna Beach City beaches will be closed on July 4.
▶️ Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the City of Laguna Beach will not have a fireworks display this year.
▶️ Fireworks are illegal in Laguna Beach, including "safe and sane " fireworks, like sparklers. You could be cited with a misdemeanor offense and fined if you set them off.
▶️ The Governor has issued an order closing all bars, and closing the indoor operation of restaurants in Orange County. Outdoor dining, curbside pick-up, and take-out are still available.
▶️ Per the State Health Officer, face coverings are mandatory in all public places where six-foot physical distancing cannot be maintained.
