Sandy hands / pool hair / coffee by the ocean in a wagon kind of weekend. 🫶🏼 I love traveling, and although it’s a whole other story with kids, I think I love it even more. Challenging at times with more stops for food and things, but the memories made just mean so much more. Grateful to had these 3 to all pile in a hotel bed with at night 🤍

We stayed at in Laguna Beach and it was so perfect!! Right across the street from the beach with really great staff, breakfast and drinks.

We were super close to amazing coffee at , as well as great food including incredible sushi at and tacos at . & can’t forget the girls fav - froyo at

We used for the first time as well and I can confirm, the convenience is worth the price (not sponsored lol I wish) and I was able to test out a wagon I’ve been eyeing from as well as get some sleeping essentials to make luggage more manageable.

All around, an amazing getaway on top of an incredibly inspiring conference. We all needed that sunshine for a few days!☀️

It was such an honor to spend the weekend with this inspiring group of women and hear all of their stories and knowledge. Connecting with moms who understand is an incredible thing. I’m beyond grateful for and having the opportunity to share more of my story with over 500 other mothers in such a beautiful space. 🩷

Ozzy has taught me an incredible amount of things these past 3 years… patience, persistence, happiness I hadn’t felt before, empathy. She’s gone through so much, yet still shows up every single day with a smile (and fist bumps).

And although the growth in myself is something I’d never want to change, as a mom it can be hard to feel you need to carry everyone through each day. But it’s okay for us to have those hard days too. It’s okay to ask for help and need rest.. I’m just doing my best to remember even through those tough days and exhausting times where we have to advocate harder than we ever imagined, we can still smile and find comfort in each other, because wow are these incredible kids worth it, and that’s truly what it’s all about!

They’re truly the best. To everyone who commented or messaged me that I shouldn’t have another baby when my first was already “too high of needs” - you were wrong. Simply so wrong. Ozzy has never felt like a burden to us in any way shape or form. Sure, it can be scary adding to an already complicated life, but their bond and sisterhood is worth it in every lifetime. They teach each other, lean on each other , take care of each other and make the other laugh the purest giggles.

If you’re a mom who just learned of your baby having a disability, just know it’s okay to worry, that’s so very normal. Just try your best not to let that worry take over. There’s so much joy in the journey!! (And to all the moms who ask me how hard it was to have another while undergoing cancer treatment for our first - yes, it was challenging at times, but 100% worth it! Have the baby 😉)

*As many of you know - my thoughtful mom saved many of my old clothes and this frilly little light pink dress from the ‘90s has been so fun to put on my girls. Both dresses are my old ones here.

This session I did was extra special because I took photos of Ozzy in that same dress, at the same studio 2 years ago, when Ozzy was the same age Banks is in these! So special to get to do this twice 💞.

Happy Easter from the Hentges! 🐣✝️🌷

The girls had so much fun finding eggs. Ozzy was a pro and opening them and Banks said WOOWW wow each time 😆 Their friendship is fierce with love and jealously right now 🤪 I just love being their mom - especially when making magic on holidays 🤍

What a night!! Would not have guessed a few days ago that we’d be getting a picture with and his Olympic Gold medal for USA today!!?? Incredible. We all had a blast at the .wild game tonight - the girls first professional sports game 🙌🏼 Ozzy was a mega snacker in her own chair like a true big kid, and Banks cheered with the crowd (or shortly after so everyone could hear) all game long 😆 lots of loud “go go go”’s, and she probably watched more of the game than me 😂 I love how much she enjoyed it.

We joined the organization last month through Ozzy’s cancer diagnosis after I saw a pamphlet in our hospital resource center, and we were thrilled to be part of the group that got this amazing night on the suite level. Topped off with a surprise meet and greet with Matt after the game. He whipped the medal out of his back pocket when we asked about the Canada USA game and where he’s keeping the medal now, and I think all 15 of us audibly gasped 😂 SO COOL. The girls might have some high expectations after this game experience. Feeling grateful.
