Nothing says "happy spring" like a Painted Ladies migration! 😍

Spring is in the air...literally! Right now there are an estimated one billion Painted Lady butterflies flying north along the coast of Los Angeles, making their annual migration from the deserts of Mexico to their breeding grounds in Oregon. What a beautiful and rare sight to see. Apparently the last migration of this scale was in 2005! And it is all thanks the unprecedented rain the west coast has seen. Made me day! Hey LA, have you seen the butterflies too?
