- Morning - Drank a cup of coffee
- 8:15 AM - 45 minute weight lifting & light cardio
- 10:00 AM - Breakfast - Drank Eat Common Sense (ECS) Meal Replacement Shake with strawberries and blueberries blended in
- 10:30 AM - 4 ounces of dehydrated green beans with sea salt
- 7:30 PM - Dinner - Eggplant, Brussels sprouts, peppers mix
- 8:00 PM - Snacks - Sunflower seeds and seaweed
