Does anyone have a child who has been diagnosed with ileus? If so, what did the treatment options look like? My daughter is 20, history of GI issues and this recent diagnosis. The GI specialist seems perplexed given her young age but I heard it’s not that uncommon for kids on the spectrum. She will need to get a colonoscopy next which will be very stressful w her anxiety.
