I think it’s time for a little reintroduction because some of y’all have been here forever and some of y’all are brand new 🤎

We’re Mike & Carmel — and our story started back in 2019 when I was Mike’s bartender. 😂 Somehow a drink turned into a whole marriage, 2 more kids, and a cross-country move.

We’re husband and wife, Army veterans, parents of 3, and professional chaos coordinators.

Earlier this year, we packed up our family and moved from Florida to California, and of course we brought the internet along for the ride.

Around here you’ll get marriage, parenting, toddlers doing toddler things, date nights, family adventures, and all the random moments that make us question our life choices. 😂

We don’t have the perfect marriage, the perfect kids, or the perfect life. We just love hard, laugh A LOT, and keep choosing each other through all the chaos.

So whether you’ve been here since the beginning or you just found us — hey, we’re Mike & Carmel! 👋🏽

HOW do I have a FOUR year old and a TK kid already?! 🥹Just like that, Little Mike is FOUR and officially a TK kid! 🥹💙 I swear we were just celebrating his birthday and now he’s walking into school with his backpack like he has places to be. 😂

We’re so proud of the funny, sweet, smart little boy he’s becoming. And a huge thank you to all of our new and old friends who are quickly becoming family for coming out to celebrate his 4th birthday with us. Moving somewhere new and being surrounded by so much love means more than you know. 🥹❤️

Here’s to FOUR, new friends, new adventures, and a whole new chapter for our big boy. Happy 4th birthday & happy first day of TK, Little Mike! 🎂📚💙

Happy Birthday to my favorite person. ❤️

Life has taken us through a lot of adventures, big changes, and unforgettable memories, and I wouldn’t want to do any of it with anyone else. Thank you for being an incredible husband, an amazing father, and my best friend.

One of my favorite things is that we get to celebrate together and share the same birthday weekend. Two birthdays, one celebration, and my favorite person right by my side.

Cheers to another year of making memories, chasing dreams, and growing together. I love you more than words can say. Happy Birthday, babe. 🎉🥂❤️
