Arguably the best ride at Walt Disney Wolrd is Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. It took us a while to get our infinity gauntlet of songs- and after experiencing every musical selection I can’t say with confidence that Everybody Wants to Rule the World tops September as my personal favorite. What is your favorite track from the ride?

There’s nothing wrong with another “Falcon Photo” - it feels like yesterday when Lynda and I traveled together to Florida for the AP Preview of Galaxy’s Edge. Back then Rise of the Resistance wasn’t yet open but we had a few opportunities to pilot the Millennium Falcon on Smugglers Run.

I hope Disney Parks continues to invest in this area of the park and refresh it with new characters and new experiences. As someone who grew up with the original Star Wars Trilogy- nothing can beat this feeling.

What’s This?!? We wish you a scary Christmas! The Nightmare Before Christmas retheme of the haunted mansion is so much more than a few added animatronics- it is a completely new experience.

From late August and through the season Jack Skellinton, Sally, Oogie Boogie and some of his spooky friends take residence in the Haunted Mansion and we were there on the first day of the turnover.

Yzma was the newest character added to this year’s Oogie Boogie Bash lineup. She drew large crowds of devoted fans ready to sample her magical potions- as both she and Maleficent appeared in the Grizzly River Run Queue area.

Here we can see her asking about her Royal nemesis Kuzco- who clearly had departed the event to enjoy the watersides at Kuzcotopia.

While exploring the misty trails of Villains Grove at Disney California adventure my family walked into the frame while making their way towards the exit. What a wonderful moment it provided.

Probably one of the most unique experiences from Oogie Boogie Bash- Villains Grove transforms Grizzly Peak into an otherworldly adventure. Light sound and special effects bring the area to life to celebrate spooky season with a touch of Disney Magic.

What a whirlwind vacation - spontaneous planned yet those five days of memories will certainly last us a lifetime. My feet still hurt and I slept like the guests in the Haunted Mansion. I cannot wait to return to Disneyland and California; inspired by every trip to Walt’s park.
