WHO IS THE MOST UNSETTLING? At The Haunted Mansion you'll find several sinister paintings on the left wall in the load area.

🔥The Arsonist: look closely at the buildings behind him. You can see people silhouetted in the glowing windows, emphasizing that this isn't just a picturesque medieval village—he has apparently set it ablaze.

🔪 Jack the Ripper: the Victorian gentleman in a top hat and overcoat, lurking in a dark alley with a knife.

🌊 The Mariner: the ghost of a shipwrecked sailor, covered in seaweed, barnacles and a starfish, still clutching his harpoon as his ship goes down behind him. (his portrait is also found at Tokyo Disneyland).

Epic Universe is taking theme park entertainment to another level. ⚡️

This Frankenstein animatronic is incredible. The movement, expressions, and reactions make it feel like you’re watching an actual character—not an animatronic.

This is what makes Epic Universe so fascinating. It’s not just about the rides. It’s the technology, storytelling, and immersive entertainment that surrounds you.

This might be my favorite part of Epic Universe.

There are Disney hotels… and then there’s the Grand Floridian.

From the moment I step through the doors, the Grand Floridian makes a statement. The soaring atrium, enormous chandeliers, Victorian-inspired architecture, beautiful floral displays, and all those little details create an atmosphere that feels completely different from most other Walt Disney World resorts.

I took a walk through Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort to capture some of what makes this place so iconic.

Does Disney World feel different to you lately?

You’re not imagining it.

Disney World has changed—and it’s not just the price of a vacation.

The atmosphere in the parks feels different. There are more premium experiences, more decisions to make, and more ways to spend money once you’re through the gates. Lightning Lane, resort prices, after-hours events… it can sometimes feel like the simple Disney vacation we remember has become a much more complicated one.

But here’s the thing: I don’t think Disney World is ruined.

I think the bigger question is who Disney World is being designed for today—and what that means for the rest of us.
