Meus amigos antigos não conhecem a minha vida de hoje. Meus amigos de hoje não sabem de tudo que já vivi. Mas ela sempre soube de tudo. Ela viu todas as fases, todas as versões, todos os momentos. E hoje eu não consigo imaginar a minha vida sem ela em nenhum deles. Você é a minha maior fortaleza ❤️ te amo mãe!

Felicidade pra mim é isso: estar aqui, presente, de corpo e alma. Sorrir pro céu, apreciar o pôr do sol, admirar as ondas do mar… um simples que pode ser tudo, um gesto de gratidão por estar vivo. Esse fim de semana eu soube que uma mulher da academia faleceu. A gente não se conhecia, era uma senhora que dividia a mesma área do vestiário comigo, simplesmente parou de ir, e eu descobri que ela havia falecido. E não sei, isso me fez pensar… a vida é um sopro. E como a gente é sortuda por cada dia vivido. Lembrar de agradecer, aproveitar, dizer que ama, perdoar… pequenas coisas que no fim são tudo, exercícios diários pra tentar ser alguém melhor. Eu ainda tô aprendendo isso, tentando melhorar isso em mim, porque diante da imensidão de tudo, eu sinto que poderia valorizar mais e ter mais gratidão. Então eu só quero prestar mais atenção nesses pequenos momentos, porque poder ver isso, sentir isso… já é tudo 🤍

Swimming became such an important part of my routine… and over time, I realized it’s the little things that make it so much better 🏊‍♀️

These are my current non-negotiables — the ones that help me feel good during and after every swim.

Taking care of my hair after the pool has been a big one for me lately, and it’s made such a difference.

And adding music to my swims? Couldn’t be better 🎧
