Most Disney adults walking through Disney World’s Coronado Springs are headed to the pool, the lobby bar, or a dinner reservation at Toledo.

Animal Kingdom is getting a brand-new Indiana Jones experience that promises to be completely unique compared to any other Indy ride in the world!

Right now, you can find two other authentic Indiana Jones Adventure attractions across the globe (not counting the lightly themed roller coaster over at Disneyland Paris). Those are located at Disneyland Park in California and Tokyo DisneySea.

This new adventure will be a massive reimagining of the park's existing DINOSAUR attraction. While DINOSAUR has always shared the exact same ride system layout as the other Indiana Jones Adventure rides, it never quite matched the incredible quality of its counterparts.

To clear the way for this next chapter, DINOSAUR closed its doors permanently on February 2, 2026.
