Not back to school 2026 🙌🏼

I can’t quite believe we are heading into our third year of home educating.. and this year is starting off a little different 😃

We are back in the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 This isn’t a flying visit… we are staying for SIX MONTHS!!

You may remember, back in January the boys took part in a six week world schooling program with The Hive

Lots of families.. including us, decided we wanted to return, reconnect and make this a yearly tradition to build our own world school community. With the help of Kate, we’ve done it!🥰

We feel incredibly blessed and grateful, this wasn’t something that we knew anything about at the start of our journey.
However meeting other families that travel and educate on the go is amazing.. Who knows what the future holds for us 😃

For now, we are here.. taking in the Dominican culture, embracing the slow pace of life and learning the true meaning of vida tranquila 🏝️

Salute to a great day out! 🇬🇧✨

The boys had the best time at Chatham Dockside for Armed Forces Day.

The boys got to sit inside so many military vehicles, had some hands-on building skills and enjoyed watching the incredible procession.

“Let’s make a Canon!”💥

Jude’s creativity and imagination never cease to amaze us. He took one look at a simple cardboard tube and immediately knew he wanted to make a cannon.

With a little team work from Daddy, they upcycled the tube, used some leftover plywood from our campervan build ( ) and gave it a fresh coat of paint.

Seeing his plan come to life and that huge smile on his face, is pure joy 🤩🛠️

Home Ed Wellness Day 🤍

The boys and I had the loveliest day soaking in some calm.

They were fascinated by the sound bath, and honestly, we all needed that moment to reset.

We left feeling incredibly relaxed, grounded, and so grateful for these days together. ✨🙏

The boys making a grand entrance (no pun intended) to the hotel 🤭

The view from the second floor was stunning, perfect for watching the breathtaking fountain show ⛲️

Such a thoughtful gesture: every young guest receives a royal frog and suitcase - how sweet is that? ❤️

The mime artists were amazing, keeping us entertained during breakfast and throughout the lobby all day 🫶🏼

The Grand hotel has just become my number one place to stay at Efteling 🥰

Longing for those leisurely beach walks with the sun shining bright, sand between our toes, and a refreshing pineapple in hand.. 🍍
