You don’t have to do *everything* to have an amazing trip. Pick the shows, activities, and experiences your family cares about most, then leave space for the moments you didn’t plan.

A few little things make a big difference: pack what you’ll need on your first afternoon in a carry-on, check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for the day’s plans, and book your must-dos when your reservation window opens.

Don’t choose your Disney resort based on price alone! 🎀

Where you stay can completely change how you get around Walt Disney World, and that can make a big difference in how your vacation feels.

Some resorts give you access to the Disney Skyliner, which can take you directly to Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. 🚡 Others put you on the Monorail with easy access to Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. Some resorts even let you WALK to a park! And there are resorts where buses will be your primary transportation.

None of those options are bad, but the right one depends on YOUR trip.

If you’re traveling with little ones and a stroller, planning naps at the resort, spending multiple days at a particular park, or simply want to spend less time getting from place to place, transportation is something I always recommend considering BEFORE choosing your resort.

Sometimes spending a little more on the right resort can save you a whole lot of time and hassle during your vacation. 🙌🏼
