We can’t thank Twanie's Terrific Treats, LLC & Antwan Pettis II enough for dropping off some amazing Dubai cookies & Cookie Manster cupcakes! He was kind enough to gice away some of their leftover stock from today. What a blessing! I forgot to take a photo of them all together before our church’s young adult group devoured all the goodies - but please know they were all very thankful!

Gonna look good on the wall!

We posted this artwork in a selfie but it deserves its own spotlight post because WOW they did an incredible job!

For our next episode, we visited with Lil Art House: Creative Studio located in South Lake Charles. They allowed us to tour, learn their story, and create an art piece - to get that well rounded experience of course.
They suggested our logo and we weren’t going to argue! As we were in the middle of the outline process, they brought in a little box of very specific and precious glass - LC’e Capitol One building glass leftover from the demolition. And honestly, it was an honor for them to offer something like that, that’s so close to a lot of Lake Charles natives hearts.

“Lake Charles” and the “X” in experience are made with that glass, which signifies the power and resilience our town has shown over the past 5 years.

We cannot say THANK YOU enough to Ellie, Leslie, Kaitlyn, and the entire family and crew at Lil Art House. So much love and appreciation for what y’all do and offer, it’s much needed in this city! Experience the Lil Art House with us this Friday on YouTube and Facebook 🎨
