The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office (CPSO) has announced the arrest of Natalie R. Chaline, 45, of Starks. She is charged with 3rd degree r**e, indecent behavior with juveniles, and contributing to the delinquency of minors. Chaline's bond has been set and is $350k by Judge Holmes.
