This is where I worked... a long, long time ago. Once I was promoted to E5, I was made the Training NCO. I got to move from the cold, cold mountain top, with the missiles to the warm orderly room at the bottom of the mountain. Korea 1970-71. I painted this to send to my Korean interpreter, who I located after 50 years. This was a Quonset hut. No A/C, and the only heat was a diesel burning, space heater. To the left was the Orderly room (where I worked), the center was the supply room and arms room, and the right was a very, very small PX. I understand it is all torn down, and the village is full of high rises. When I was there they had no electricity and no running water. Korea has come a long way!
