Due to the massive return of our Khmer workers brothers and sisters from Thailand and refugees due to the fighting between the Cambodian army and Thai army, the government has taken the necessary measures continuously since the day of the explosion of arms on July 24, 2025 to reconcile.
Ministries-participated agencies, all kinds of armed forces and 7 Thai border provincial administrations have coordinated border crossing and requested temporary parking of brothers and sisters in border areas as needed.
Ministry of National Defense, Army, Phnom Penh Capital School, cooperate with the concerned provinces, prepared a car to transport relatives from the border back to their homeland.
The Capital-Province Administration National Task Force is cooperating with the Capital-Provincial Cooperation to facilitate the reception of returning citizens from Thailand within its geographical responsibility.
Apart from the refugee citizens who were evacuated from the fighting zone, the National Commission for Disaster Management has cooperated with the ministries of relevant institutions, the concerned provincial governments to prepare the security raid, as well as resolving accommodation, food and health for the people. The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health cooperate with practical process how to take care of the livelihoods and well-being of our brothers and sisters during this difficult period.
Together, I would like to express my condolences to the martyrs of Cambodian army and the civilians who died due to this fighting. The government of the Ministry of National Defense, the military unit, the national leadership and the sub-national cooperate to organize the funeral of the martyrs and resolve the policy appropriately as the heroes of our Khmer nation.
At the same time, I also appreciate the valiant heroism of our Army and National Police who are actively operating in protecting our homeland.
I would also like to thank and thank all the monks and all Khmer brothers and sisters who continue to support and encourage the heroes of the National Police who are standing up and actively working to protect the dignity of our Khmer land. Let's continue the spirit of unity as one Khmer to protect the dignity of Khmer land.

ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ កងទ័ពជើងគោក សាលារាជធានីភ្នំពេញ សហការជាមួយបណ្ដាខេត្តពាក់ព័ន្ធ បានរៀបរថយន្តដើម្បីដឹកជញ្ជូនបងប្អូនពីព្រំដែន ត្រឡប់ទៅស្រុកកំណើត។
រដ្ឋបាលរាជធានី-ខេត្ត ក្រុមការងារថ្នាក់ជាតិចុះជួយបណ្ដាលរាជធានី-ខេត្ត សហការដើម្បីជួយសម្របសម្រួលក្នុងការទទួលបងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលវិលត្រឡប់មកពីប្រទេសថៃនៅតាមភូមិសាស្ត្រទទួលខុសត្រូវរបស់ខ្លួន។
ដោយឡែកចំពោះប្រជាពលរដ្ឋជាជនភៀសសឹក ដែលត្រូវជន្លាសចេញពីតំបន់ប្រយុទ្ធគ្នា គណៈកម្មការជាតិគ្រប់គ្រងគ្រោះមហន្តរាយ បានសហការជាមួយក្រសួងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តពាក់ព័ន្ធ រៀបចំទួលសុវត្ថិភាព ក៏ដូចជាដោះស្រាយស្នាក់នៅ ហូបចុក និងសុខាភិបាលជូនបងប្អូន។ ក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ក្រសួងសុខាភិបាលសហការដោះស្រាយតាមដំណើរការជាក់ស្ដែងធ្វើយ៉ាងណាយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើជីវភាពរស់នៅនិងសុខសប្បាលភាពរបស់បងប្អូនដំណាក់កាលលំបាកនេះ។
ជាមួយគ្នាដែលខ្ញុំសូមចូលរួមរំលែកទុក្ខចំពោះវីរៈកងទ័ពកម្ពុជាដែលបានពលី និងប្រជាជនស៊ីវិលដែលបានស្លាប់ដោយសារការប្រយុទ្ធគ្នានេះ។ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្រសួងការពារជាតិ បណ្ដាអង្គភាពកងទ័ព ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំជាតិ និងក្រោមជាតិ សហការគ្នារៀបចំពិធីបុណ្យសពយុទ្ធជនពលី និងដោះស្រាយគោលនយោបាយ ឱ្យបានសមរម្យជាវីរៈជនរបស់ជាតិខ្មែរយើង។
ក្នុងពេលជាមួយគ្នានេះ ខ្ញុំក៏សូមកោតសរសើរចំពោះវីរភាពដ៏អង់អាចក្លាហានរបស់កងទ័ពនិងកងនគរបាលជាតិរបស់យើង ដែលកំពុងធ្វើប្រតិបត្តិការយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុង កិច្ចការការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដីរបស់យើង។
