What began in 2016 transformed into a 501(c)3 non profit organization in 2019. Built by women, we lay the foundation for future generations. In 2022, we have a vision of raising funds to secure the land/building project. We believe in the power of cultivating authentic relationships and sharing our passion with others. As a community partner you gain access to a secure and verified network that offers support and accountability. LNWB provides an organized activity calendar that is centered around the four pillars of health: Mental, Physical, Social and Spiritual. With this comes opportunity for personal development and ability to build your social network through various workshops and seasonal challenges offered through the Mentorship program. LNWB is a welcoming, judgement free community that promotes passion with purpose for individual growth by meeting you where you are. Leave No Woman Behind has been an incredible healing journey for me. It began as a way to process the grief and trauma of losing both my parents, while simultaneously finding forgiveness and healing. This journey also connected me with an amazing community of people facing similar life challenges. My late husband, Jay, was instrumental in my healing, showing me the true meaning of love and helping me share that love with others. Leave No Woman Behind was a dream we shared, and I’m so grateful that this vision, planted in 2016 and nurtured in 2019, will continue to grow in 2025 and beyond. www.lnwbmembership.org

Big changes are happening! As of January 23, 2025, I resigned as CEO of Leave No Woman Behind to pursue a new path. The organization is in capable hands, with dedicated women who have been impacted by its work now leading the way. You’ll see some changes to the website and social media as they begin to restructure, but don’t worry! Registered members will still be connected with relevant content.

You will also notice the name change to
Let The Day Begin. This page will return to being a personal outlet focusing on – Act 2. Widowhood has brought immense challenges and shifts in perspective, and I’m navigating this new terrain of raising my young children alone all while rediscovering myself.

Thank you for opening your beautiful home and for your Beautiful Hospitality! The Ornaments were Beautiful and YES there was a Gift Exchange War! 🥰 We all had an Amazing Time!

Last night was such an Emotional, Amazing and Beautiful Evening as LNWB Celebrated its 5th Anniversary Fundraiser GALA Event At Guadalajara’s in Lake Elsinore, CA. We have found a New Home here! The Staff was Amazing and they made us All feel so at Home! We had Live Entertainment with Tracie Shaw who sang The Fight Song by: Rachel Platten and she sang it beautifully, Kathy Bundy who recited a beautiful Poem, and our MC David Walsten on Flute. This morning’s Unofficial Turkey Trot at the Levee in Lake Elsinore was nothing short of beautiful 🦃❤️. We gathered with family, friends, and our furry companions for a beautiful 1-mile out and back walk by the lake. 🐾 The laughter we shared and love that filled the air reminded us all to embrace gratitude amidst life’s challenges.In every step taken on this gorgeous path, we witnessed God’s creation shining through—nature’s beauty reflecting joy even during tough times. 🍂 Let today be a reminder: no matter what hardships come our way, choosing joy is always an option! Let your heart overflow with gratitude as you cherish these moments together.
