Welp finally did it...my cooling system had a leak somewhere along the hard plastic...so I swapped out all the parts that had hard plastic:
THERMOSTAT
RADIATOR
RADIATOR HOSE
RADIATOR EXPANSION TANK
And trans cooler (didn't have plastic but I changed it anyways since I was going to be in there)

***Did it all without removing headlights or the front grill***

the cooling system in JL/JT uses hard plastics in a few key locatio...

Crack in the hard plastic somewhere in the cooling system...SO I'm replacing all of it with Mishimoto

It's been a while....I haven't had to upgrade anything in a while...but my most recent requirement is the cooling....that hard plastic used on the sides of our radiators along with all the other hard plastic along our cooling systems suck...time to upgrade everything to mishimoto to include the expansion tank...the mishimoto Low Temp Thermostat is on back order but should be here July 23.... (2021 Gladiator with 83,000 miles)
