THE COWARDLY LION, Volume VI, Chapter VI
Life changes for me from one of coming home to extreme complexity, the Christmas holiday with my family, fitting it all together somehow right up to when everything changed into a fight for short term, and then long term, survival and careers. Coming back at invisible enemies, kind of knowing that Mallorca had somehow followed me home and quite possibly meant that I could no longer go out on missions in a world where I was known as an agent of the CIA, I was in a familiar bind. I could not seem to move forward or back. Maybe up, as was suggested to me. One man, whom I believed behind the attempt on my life shows up for Christmas so completely idiotically and unexpectantly I didn't know what to do with him...or me.
