Looking for something more exciting than the typical part-time job? Join the Lake Geneva Balloon Company and help create unforgettable adventures in the skies over Geneva Lakes!
Our Flight Crew helps prepare and inflate the balloon, follows the flight from the ground, assists with landing and packs the equipment after each adventure. It’s hands-on, physical work—but there’s nothing quite like watching Geneva Jester rise into the morning sky knowing you helped make it happen.

Applicants must be at least 15 years old, dependable, comfortable working outdoors and able to lift 75 pounds or more. Early mornings and occasional late evenings are part of the adventure.
