Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and oversee efficient sales processes.
✅ Recruit, onboard, mentor, and train sales team members.
✅ Conduct performance assessments to optimize efficiency.
✅ Establish guidelines and provide clear directions for the team.
🤝 Collaborate strategically with the CEO from day one.
What We're Looking For:
🔹 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
🔹 Proven ability to manage and grow a sales team.
🔹 Experience in setting up sales processes and performance management.
🔹 Strong cultural fit and ability to hire accordingly.
Key Result Areas:
🏆 Team Building: Hire 3 experienced Sales Executives per quarter and build a team of 10 by the end of the first year.
🏆 Process Setup: Contribute to strategy and set up sales processes from day one.
🏆 Guidelines Establishment: Establish clear guidelines and hold the team accountable for achieving objectives.
