400℃ Pizza Tokyo is Neapolitan-style with a light puffy chewy charred crust even though it’s cooked in something that looks like a big easy bake oven. How do they do it? As an obsessed bread baker, I am fascinated and curious to try and figure it out when I get home. Reservations can only be made 2 days in advance and we somehow got in thanks to my persistent husband! Good job 🍕🔥🇯🇵
