400℃ Pizza Tokyo is Neapolitan-style with a light puffy chewy charred crust even though it’s cooked in something that looks like a big easy bake oven. How do they do it? As an obsessed bread baker, I am fascinated and curious to try and figure it out when I get home. Reservations can only be made 2 days in advance and we somehow got in thanks to my persistent husband! Good job 🍕🔥🇯🇵

There’s a lot of heart and passion .potong in Bangkok, Thailand. Worlds 50 Best female chef ( #1!) + 1 Michelin, it’s all about .pam family heritage. The restaurant was her great grandparents herbal medicine shop (o***m!) back in the day and she preserved it like an interactive museum with a culinary narrative to match. Modern interpretations of familiar Thai + Chinese dishes, a little glass elevator to get around the 5 floors and so many joyful culinary surprises to advance her story. ❤️🔥

Education through cooking is something our founder cares deeply about. Working with the amazing team at developing recipes for social media is a great way to teach kids and adults alike how to source blue foods and cook sustainably. What a year! One of the best projects ever for filming beautiful cooking videos of the chefs on the platform and telling the stories of the meals they are selling. It’s incredible to think these are all homemade, thoughtful meals from some of the countries best chefs available for home delivery everywhere. is doing big things and it’s an honor to be part of a growing brand.

A fun project for celebrating all of the end of year holidays. Adding nori shreds to traditional latkes makes the for most beautiful presentation with deep umami flavor. Merry Chrismukkah and Happy New Year to all. xx

She was a self-taught chef like me as a self-taught culinary producer. Naomi was fun to work with and she made work fun. She knew how to tell a great culinary story. She was a chef’s chef and a home cook’s inspiration. you will be greatly missed
