I worked with Emma for 7 months. We were waiting on PCS orders and for her home to sell in Texas. It was a long ride and she did wonderful keeping it all together!! Not only is she my client now, but she is also a friend. We spoke almost every day during the last couple of weeks leading up to her closing. She had so much on her plate!! Her husband was already in Colorado and she dealt with getting her home ready in Texas for the new buyers, the move, her kids and dogs (she got a new dog a few days before closing, lol!), the contracts, packing, etc...and it all came together. ❤ I'm so happy you are finally here, friend!

I really enjoyed working with Suresh! This one was quite the puzzle, but I was very persistent on getting it done.

He was initially going with Guaranteed Rate and they told him just a couple of days before closing that he wasn't qualified. So, he called me and we ran through the scenario over the phone, then he applied. We closed the loan in 10 days!!

Suresh will be a lifetime client because I was able to put in the work to get his loan done when other lenders couldn't...and I am truly grateful for that.

These scenarios make my day!!

What a gift helping this family buy their first home! He was initially so stressed about buying a home because he called 2 lenders before me and they never called him back. We got Ray $25,000 in a seller credit to pay down credit card debt and buy the interest rate down, so he could qualify! Now, I am helping his daughter buy her first home. ❤ Such an honor! This is why I love my job!
