Although I have been scared and the doctors are still trying to get to the bottom of what exactly is causing the swelling around my left eye. Causing it to be unable to move around. I have truly been blessed with such a thorough attentive, compassionate ophthalmologist and neurology team. 💙
Not to mention before all this happened I was really struggling with body dysmorphia, loniness, & depression in silence. I never in a millions years would have thought I had so many people praying for me. The amount of prayers and the power I have felt from it has been eye opening. I am still in shock how many genuine phone calls, texts and posts we have seen people make for us. It has moved my heart in ways I can’t explain. 💞

I realize how silly it was for me to be worried that I didn’t have a flat stomach or a big juicy peach. Never realizing how much I took being healthy for granted. Being bedridden and unable to care for myself for 14 days now has really changed my perspective on things.
The keys to real happiness isn’t is definitely LOVE and being surrounded by it in times of need. The most important things in life is Love. Being love and the ability to love others. Also Health is such a blessing we don’t realize till our health is compromised.

I was so surprised my Aunt Janet Phillips and my sisters drove from Michigan to come visit me. They arrived minutes before my lumbar puncture was done. 😍
Definitely made me feel surrounded by love and helped me get through it. Thanks Diana Aldred for the beautiful flowers and funny note that came with it.

Update on Brandy:
Today was a long day. She seen a neurologist, ophthalmologist, physical therapist, & done several different tests. Her eyes are pretty sore today from all the different physical tests she had done by so many different doctors. She was able to get a few bites of food down today. That’s a plus. She only cried 8 times instead of all day🤣🤣 So your prayers, texts and calls are definitely helping ease her worry and anxiety!

MRI of the entire brain first MRI was just of the eyes.
28 tubes of blood have been taken to test for autoimmune diseases, along with hundreds of other diseases. These tests are to hoped to rule out big things like brain tumors, fluid in the brain, infection and so many other wild possibilities. They want to have more answers before they decide on a treatment. Keep in mind this is just my interpretation from really smart doctors that use a lot of big words. 🤣

So please continue to pray for her and her anxiety!💞

Billy’s love for me is how I get through the tough days. I was struggling emotionally the last couple weeks. Seasonal depression is a real thing. He booked a surprise vacation somewhere warm. A place I could relax and not get overwhelmed with Christmas, which side of the family to visit and stressed out with work.
He also booked me a beautiful day date with a romantic dinner and booked me hair appointment so I could feel beautiful! 💞 ❤️

Even though the week started off rough and had both Billy and I terrified. Things are started to improve slowly. We appreciate everyone who had reached out. We appreciate all the prayers. Still taking the medication and go back to the neurologist in 3 weeks. 🙏l
