Here’s a revised and grammatically improved version of your comment:
Alright, here we go. My social media pages are my pages, so I’ll express my feelings openly—without trying to attack or hurt anyone if I can help it. I have strong opinions about the “MAGA” movement, and even stronger ones about those who manipulate it. Before the MAGA and Tea Party movements took over the conservative right, there were many Republicans I respected and admired for their dedication, creativity, and willingness to work across the aisle for the good of the country. This spirit of cooperation often inspired Democrats to reciprocate and collaborate with their counterparts on the other side.
This changed when “all or nothing” became the strategy, and blackmail tactics to push the agenda became the norm for the far-right. It’s even reached the point where senior members of their own party, who share the same goals but not the tactics, are being shut out. I have many conservative friends whom I care about deeply. While I may not agree with their politics, I ignore posts that fuel tensions with sound bites, misinformation, or outright lies. I respect their right to their views, and I don’t try to inflame them or their followers with my own “take.” I simply don’t comment.
Now, if you follow me and see a post of mine that prompts you to defend the indefensible in the comments, I will delete it. If you repost or respond about the deletion, I will block you. I won’t subject my followers to justifications for supporting lying, immoral, misogynistic, manipulative behavior. Out of respect, I would never post something like this on your page, so please don’t expect me to allow it on mine.
