Dear Lord in Heaven,
I thank you that every person reading this email right now HAS a sound mind, no matter what situation they are facing.
Jesus, you put your hand in ours and we hang on to your hand with confidence as a little child. Like holding our Earthly Papa's, Daddy's, Father's hand and walking past a "Bully". As we walk by & say with a smile you cannot touch me now. I am protected by my Papa! Praise GOD!
Father, you have not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind. I claim my sound mind by drawing upon your word that gives me strength.

How important is the word of God to you? Let me urge you to hide the Word in your heart. Allow the word to become the most precious thing you have.
I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you. Psalms 119:11 NIV
Jesus in Matthew 13:44 described the kingdom of heaven as a man who found a hidden treasure. Once he finds it, he sold everything else to make sure he keep it as the most precious thing to him.
“The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field.

The first way you hide the word in your heart is by listening to it over and over. Make it a priority.
Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.
Romans 10:17 NIV
The second way to hide the word is to meditate on it so it gets planted deeply in your heart.
Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Joshua 1:8 NIV
The third way is to speak God’s word out of your mouth. When you do the word takes root in your heart.
“This is what the LORD says: Stand in the courtyard of the LORD’s house and speak to all the people of the towns of Judah who come to worship in the house of the LORD. Tell them everything I command you; do not omit a word.

Finally, act on the word, do what the word says.

We all make many mistakes, but those who control their tongues can also control themselves in every other way. James 1:2
Praise God for Self Control. Lord, thank you for the mindset of self control in every aspect of my life. Lord, I thank you that I am mindful to draw upon your strength so I have more self control with my mouth! Thank you My actions match my mouth all day today and every day. In Jesus Christ Amen.
I challenge you to really pay attention to your thoughts, words and actions this week. What does your self talk sound like??? Is it positive and thoughtful????
or negative and cruel ????
Use self control when you are angry,
when you are having a day of trials,
when life just seems to be
giving you lemons.
Make lemonade by Turning it around and use your God given Holy Spirit self control.

Father in Heaven, we know you supply all of our needs, because it tells us in Your Word. The hard part is when we do not see any evidence of You at work at the moment.
Your timing is perfect. Always on time.
Lord Thank you that we walk in your spirit of faith & expectancy. Your truth is a fact, it never changes. Thank you for being our ROCK. Thank you that We trust You even when we do not see you behind the scenes. Lord Thank you for supernatural Trust in YOU! Lord Thank you for Being our El Shaddai the God who is more than enough. Isaiah 29:5-6 Your Life Can Change in an Instant
"...And in an instant, suddenly, you shall be visited and delivered by the Lord of hosts..."

All through the Bible, we have examples of how God suddenly showed Himself strong on behalf of His people. But sometimes when we've struggled in an area for a long time, it's easy to just give up and accept things the way they are. One of the enemy's favorite lies is to tell you that nothing is ever going to change. He'll tell you that you are never going to get well, that your marriage isn't going to work out, that your business will never amount to anything, that you are never going to break that addiction, that your kid will never be normal. I want to tell you today, it doesn't matter how long you've been in those circumstances,
God can change things in an instant!
In a split second of time, He can turn it all around. One touch of God's power can heal your body. The Key is FAITH! AND REALLY BELIEVE IT! You cannot make yourself believe MORE! The only way to believe more is to read the WORD of God out loud over and over until you truly believe the promises God has given YOU!
One touch of His favor can promote you. One touch of His goodness can solve that problem. Just one touch from Almighty God can instantly change your life.
YOUR FAITH ACTIVATES THE BLESSING!
I encourage you today, keep believing, keep standing, and keep hoping. Don't let the enemy drag your thoughts down, because God is working behind the scenes. Your time is coming, and I declare that your breakthrough is going to happen suddenly-in an instant!
