As both hosts and travelers, we’ve used Airbnb for years.

But as hosts, we’ve grown increasingly frustrated with the platform — the high service fees, limited support, and policies that don’t always have hosts’ backs.

We’ve built a strong presence there (175+ reviews!), but we’re starting to feel like it no longer aligns with our values.
