I found my love of fitness through my own weight loss journey. Having lost 100 pounds and becoming and instructor I hope to help others who are/were like me, who have a hard time seeing that IT IS POSSIBLE!! There are no secrets or magic, simplicity is best.. eat healthy and exercise... BOOM, secret revealed! Anyone can do it, you have to want it!! Because it isn't easy and it doesn't come fast bu

I absolutely love dancing with you all. It's my favorite hour all week and I look forward to the smiles and laughs we share each class, not to mention the high energy, calorie slaying workout we are getting at the same time!
