From my mom’s pozole and tamale pots to the largest pot we could find—and now, finally, to this big guy—we’re kicking off the year stronger than ever. Some of you who’ve visited the tortilla shop already know the story behind this cooking pot and how long we’ve dreamed of getting it up and running. Thanks to God, we’re now at full capacity and ready to increase production.

I truly believe that everything we go through and everyone we meet in life happens for a reason. My husband’s passion for restorations , my dad’s dedication to construction since arriving in the U.S., and my brother-in-law’s expertise as a propane master service technician—all of it came together to make this moment possible. This isn’t just about the pot; it’s about the people, the perseverance, and the purpose behind it all. We’re so grateful to share this journey with you. ✌️ ❤️
