For years, I’ve taught the 3Ps — Plan, Prepare, Practice.
These three steps have carried so many people through the fear of showing up on camera and into their own voice.

But here’s the truth I’ve discovered along the way…

There aren’t just three.
There are FOUR.

Somewhere between helping others step into their stories…
and growing into my own role as a guide…
I realized there’s a layer that sits above everything else:

👉 P R I N C I P L E S.

Your principles are the why behind the work.
The beliefs that steady you when fear, doubt, or perfectionism try to steal the mic.
They’re the inner compass that supports the 3Ps and gives them direction.

Plan. Prepare. Practice.

This 4th P isn’t something I added…
